Speedy's has many industrial clients that we work with on a regular basis. We have the largest ovens in the area, a 3 acre lot, and an 11,000 sq. ft. shop to accommodate industrial size jobs. Project turnaround time depends greatly on the project itself, but we always work diligently to complete our customer's projects as quickly as possible.
We offer a 12 month guarantee for powder coated projects that we have media blasted and epoxy finished in our facility. If a client wishes to skip all the necessary prepatory steps that we normally utilize, then we cannot guarantee the long term result.
We use aluminum oxide or glass beads rather than sand to prep materials for coating. Sandblasting exudes toxic chemicals and generates much more heat. Our choice of mediums is much safer, and since aluminum oxide generates much less heat, we can prep smaller gauge materials without damage.
